Gain motivation, build willpower and see weight loss

Between getting hit by a truck while on foot (feel free to ask me about it), years of undiagnosed chronic anemia, and the life changes that come with having a baby—especially one with food allergies—I had plenty of motivation to learn how what we eat truly impacts our bodies. I discovered how to eat well and stay active without spending all my time in the kitchen or gym, because I’d rather be hiking, enjoying time with my kids, and seeking out new adventures.

My bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and years of experience in the food service industry gave me a strong foundation in food preparation, but it wasn’t until I earned my PN 1 certification that I realized nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive; it should support your life, not control it.

Now, I use that knowledge to help people simplify their nutrition, create lasting habits, and eliminate food guilt and confusion. I love guiding my clients to build a healthier relationship with food and themselves without overcomplicating their lives, allowing them to live more fully and freely.
